If you plan on losing two pounds of weight each week, you must create a deficit of seven thousand calories. Wow, that is a lot of calories right? Right! The key is to combine reducing caloric intake with calories burned.
If you eliminate thirty five hundred each week, that will mean, eliminating five hundred calories per day. This will cause a person to lose one pound per week. When you add exercise, you will lose even more. If you burn an extra three hundred and fifty calories a day through exercise, you can expect to lose another pound about every ten days.That is why it is important to monitor how many daily calories needed to lose weight.
