* Filtered water.
Water is very important when trying to keep your body healthy.It is required that you drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday as it will help you flush out your toxins and keep you hydrated.
* Sweetened drinks.
Try to stay away from from sweetened drinks such as soft drinks or sodas as they contain too much sugar and can take up your daily intake of calories per day.
* Eat fresh fruit.
Always stick to eating fresh fruit and not the bottled fruit juices.Fruits are a great choice for snacks that you can have through out the day.
* Fiber.
It is important that you take plenty of fiber through out the day as this will help you be regular and will sweep out the toxins in your body and make you feel full so you tend not to over eat.
* Eat only when you are hungry.
Try to make a set time on when to eat your meals. Try to split up your meals, for example instead of having 4 meal a day try and have 6 smaller ones instead.
* Reduce your intake of tea and coffee.
Tea and coffee contain caffeine which is not good for the body if taken in high doses, so be sensible when choosing to take caffeine in your diet.
* Vegetable diet.
Try and stick to a mostly vegetable diet and limit the intake of meat. If you must eat meat try and eat white meat such as turkey or chicken.By slowly changing your diet to a healthier option of food you will soon see your weight decrease and have a lot more energy from day to day.
