* It is important to stay away from fried and fatty foods and also foods with too much sugar. These foods can take up your daily intake of calories very quickly.Many of these foods do not have the vitamins and nutrients that you need daily.

* By eating foods with high fiber they will fill you up so you probably tend to not eat as much as you once did.Also foods with fiber may reduce the risk of particular cancers,diabetes and digestive disorders.
