Let’s face it, in order to Lose Body Fat, we must be willing to work. We did not gain weight over night. Excess body fat is accumulated through the consumption of excess calories and fat. People have been taught to believe that the only thing that matters is fat consumption. Calories are important when considering body fat.
Even if you choose a low fat, or no fat diet, you may gain weight and body fat. A no fat diet is very unhealthy by the way, for anyone. The human body requires a certain amount of healthy fat, in order to function properly.
If you only eat “fat free” foods, but you do eat sugar, you may as well skip the no fat route. The fact is that anyone who eats excess sugar is creating fat. Natural fat that is found for example, in avocados or nuts, is much better for you than sugar. Also, more than a few “fat free” foods contain more sugar than one might imagine.
