Many woman during pregnancy may gain up to 10-20 pounds of extra weight and find it quite hard to lose the weight after pregnancy.It is important that you stick to a healthy diet and also do different types of workouts to exercise the whole body.

* Be extra careful when choosing products that say non fat as many of these foods have a high sugar content. Always check the labels when you do your shopping.

* When eating out try to order healthy meals, if you are eating fast food try to have the salad on the side instead of fries.

* When you are ready to do some light exercises, walking is a great choice. Take a 10 minute walk with your baby and get some fresh air, as this is the best way to lose pregnancy weight.

* Breastfeeding is a great way to lose pregnancy weight. You can burn up to 500 calories per day depending how long you breastfeed.

It is also important to remember it took you 9 months for you to gain this pregnancy weight so be patient and you will slowly see the weight disappear.
