To Burn Fat effectively you need to feed your muscles by having a diet high in protein and carbohydrates.Lean beef,fish and chicken are the best sources of protein.There are plenty of foods that contain carbohydrates such as pasta,fresh fruit and vegetables.If you are going to eat pasta it is best to eat whole wheat pasta instead of white pasta as you may put on extra weight.

Choose the food that you consume wisely as you want to fuel your muscles so you can burn fat.Taking supplements will also help you burn fat.Whey protein which can be found at your supermarket or bought over internet which can be taken closely before you start a workout to help fuel your muscles and also will help your muscles recover after exercise.Whey protein is added to  low fat milk or water and can be taken to replace a meal.

Also consider taking a multivitamin which will help you burn fat and help you if you have any mineral or vitamin deficiencies.Omega 6 fatty acids is also needed to help burn fat.If you do not like fish try taking an omega 6 supplement.

Eating foods that are high in vitamin C also helps to burn fat.Some examples are citrus fruit,broccoli,cabbage and watermelon.The vitamin C will help weaken the fat and make it loose so it can be easier to burn off.

To help you burn more fat also drink at least 8 glasses of water daily ,this will help suppress your appetite and remove excess sodium from your body.Also get 8 hours of sleep every night to help your muscles recover.Also taking a detox supplement will also help you as too much toxins in your body can halt any further progress when trying to burn fat.

It is crucial you do enough exercise so your body does not accumulate fat in your body and slow down your metabolism.Your metabolism has to be at a certain level before you can start to burn any fat. To do this is to eat your meals more frequently but in smaller portions.
