Effective weight loss exercise.

When trying to lose weight the important thing is to keep active throughout the day.The weight loss exercise that will mostly benefit you is cardio exercises,such as cycling,jogging, walking and aerobic exercises for 30 minutes everyday.

To lose more weight faster it is best to do your daily exercises first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up.The reason for this is that your stored carbohydrate is low,so you will be burning more fat instead of carbohydrate.If you exercise soon after  meals you will burn carbohydrates that you have just eaten instead of fat,you will lose some weight but not as much if you exercised in the morning .

Carbohydrates in our bodies is the number 1 energy source ,when carbohydrates are in short supply such as in the morning your body will be forced to use the second energy source which is your body fat.by doing weight loss exercises in the morning you also continue to burn fat throughout the day,as your metabolism will be at a higher rate many hours after your workout.If you do weight loss exercise at night you will still lose weight but not as much as when you sleep your metabolism will drop.

By doing weight loss exercise  in the morning you will feel more energized,less stressed,have better circulation and have a better mood.While exercising your body releases endorphins which enables you to have more energy.Below is a couple of exercises you could try if you are a beginner.

Start with stretching for 10 minutes
Then power walk for 500m followed by a slow walk for 100m
Repeat both walks

Stretch for 10 minutes
Then jog for 50m
Walk for 500m
Repeat 5 times
