Start with stretching for 10 minutes
Then power walk for 500m followed by a slow walk for 100m
Repeat both walks

Stretch for 10 minutes
Then jog for 50m
Walk for 500m
Repeat 5 times

If you are someone who finds it difficult to wake up early in the morning to do your exercise, just think about the amazing results you will get from doing it and it will also motivate you to stick with it. You may find this to be a chore, but within a few short weeks , it will not seem as a chore anymore and it will be a part of your new daily lifestyle.
